Taperfit® knitwrist cuffs are extended length to protect the wrist area. These gloves are made entirely of FDA accepted materials required by USDA for food use and contain AlphaSan®, a permanent antimicrobial that kills bacteria, fungus, mold, and mildew. These gloves are made with a synthetic yarn, so they should not be used near heat or open flame. Cut resistant, not cut proof. Ambidextrous. Knit with two strands of cut-resistant yarn. If the first strand fails, the second is there as a backup.
